What we collect

Account and organization details from your SSO provider (name, email, org membership), plus the operational content you connect — meeting recordings and transcripts, email threads, calls, documents, and messages — so Aivoral can propose commitments, CRM updates, and follow-ups.

Why we collect it

Solely to run the product: transcribing and parsing connected sources, generating proposals in your Review Queue, and maintaining the audit trail of who approved, edited, or dismissed each action. We don't sell data, and we don't use your workspace content to train models shared across organizations.

Who can see it

Only members of your organization's workspace, subject to the roles your admin configures. Aivoral staff may access data to provide support or resolve an incident, and only as needed to do so.

How long we keep it

Operational data and audit trail entries are retained for the lifetime of your workspace. If your organization's account is closed, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact your workspace admin, or reach us directly, to exercise these rights.
