Using Aivoral
Access to Aivoral is provided to members of an organization's workspace, invited by that organization's admin via SSO. You're responsible for the actions taken under your account, including every approve, edit, and dismiss decision you make in the Review Queue.
The approval model
Aivoral proposes actions — commitments, CRM updates, follow-ups, and similar records — based on connected sources. No proposed action executes until a workspace member approves it. Your organization is responsible for reviewing proposals before approval; Aivoral is not responsible for actions taken as a direct result of an approval.
Connected accounts
Features that read calendars, email, calls, or messaging apps require you to connect third-party accounts. You must have the right to connect those accounts and to permit Aivoral to process the data within them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Aivoral to violate applicable law, to circumvent the approval workflow in a way that removes human oversight where required, or to attempt to access data outside your organization's workspace.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added, or be deprecated as the product evolves; we'll aim to give notice of material changes affecting your workspace.
