Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Sign in with your organization's SSO account and your Review Queue starts filling from the first connected meeting or inbox.
How does per-seat billing work?
You're billed for every workspace member who can sign in, regardless of role — owners, admins, and members. Viewer-only guest access (like customer conversation links) does not count as a seat.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and nothing is deleted if you drop below a plan's seat allowance.
What counts as an 'AI-proposed action'?
Any commitment, CRM update, follow-up draft, or task the AI proposes into your Review Queue. There's no metered limit on proposals on any plan — pricing is per seat, not per AI action, so your team can let Aivoral read everything without worrying about usage caps.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — paying annually saves two months versus monthly billing on the Starter, Team, and Agency plans. Enterprise is billed annually by default as part of the custom contract.
What happens to our audit trail if we cancel?
You can export your full audit trail, CRM data, and documents at any time from Settings, and we retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
